Blessing of the Fleet 2026 Raffle — Prize & Draw Conditions

1) Promoter and Purpose

• This raffle is conducted by Blessing of the Fleet Festival Incorporated (“Promoter”).

• All proceeds support Blessing of the Fleet Festival Incorporated and help sustain the community festival.

2) How to Enter

• Raffle tickets are available:

  • From participating outlets around town, and

  • For purchase at the festival on the day

• Blessing of the Fleet Princess Ball participants have also been provided raffle tickets to sell.

• Entry is valid once ticket details are correctly completed and submitted in the raffle barrel / entry system used by the Promoter.

3) Draw Details

• The raffle will be drawn live on the centre stage on Sunday 5 April 2026 at 5:30pm.

• Entrants do not need to be present to win.

• Order of the draw: prizes will be drawn from lowest value to highest value, with the Major Prize drawn last.

• The Promoter will attempt to contact winners using the details provided on the entry.

• Carnival Cruise — up to the value of AUD $2,000

  • Sponsored by Cruising Adventures.

Minor Prize Pool (items/vouchers)

• Ladies Dress Ring — valued at $500 (donated by a commercial anonymous donor)

• $200 Bannisters Voucher (donated by Jo Jones Property Specialists)

• $200 Baar Baar Restaurant Voucher (donated by Where We Escape)

• $100 Local Business Voucher (donated by Tallwood Law)

5) Major Prize (Cruise) Conditions — Cruising Adventures

• The Major Prize is a Carnival Cruise booking up to a maximum value of AUD $2,000.

• Redemption deadline: the prize must be redeemed by 31 December 2026.

• Travel timing: travel can be on any Carnival cruise available to purchase at the time of redemption (availability is determined at booking time and is subject to change).

• Any amount above the $2,000 value cap is the responsibility of the winner and must be paid at the time of booking.

• The prize is subject to:

  • Cruise availability at time of booking

  • Cruise line terms and conditions

  • Cabin categories, sailing dates, and blackout periods as advised at booking

• Unless explicitly included by Cruising Adventures in writing, the prize does not include:

  • Flights, accommodation before/after the cruise, transfers, travel insurance

  • Passports/visas, gratuities, shore excursions, spending money

  • Onboard purchases, upgrades, and any other incidentals

• The prize is not redeemable for cash and is not refundable.

6) Minor Prize Conditions

• All minor prize vouchers and items are provided in good faith by donors.

• All other prize vouchers are subject to their own terms and conditions as detailed on the vouchers themselves, including any expiry dates, booking requirements, and exclusions.

• Unless required by law, prizes are not exchangeable and not redeemable for cash.

7) General Conditions

• The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify entries that are incomplete, illegible, or deemed fraudulent.

• The Promoter’s decisions regarding the draw and prize allocation are final.

• By entering, entrants consent to the Promoter using winner names for reasonable promotional purposes (e.g., announcing winners), unless an entrant requests otherwise.
