Blessing of the Fleet Princess Ball - 2026 Application

INFORMATION FOR BALL PARTICIPANTS, PARTNERS & SPONSORS

INFORMATION FOR BALL PARTICIPANTS:
To be eligible you must be:
• Starting Year 10 in 2026 or equivalent.
• Reside in the areas between Kioloa/Bawley Point and south of Sussex Inlet, and/or
• Attending one of the schools: Ulladulla High, Nowra Anglican College or St John’s The Evangelist Catholic High School, Nowra Anglican College, TAFE, Homeschool, Budawang SSP or Distance Learning.

Ball Participant Instructions
Submit the application form below by Monday 1st December.
Information packs are almost ready however some information is still being finalised. These will be made available in the near future.

Withdrawal: A Princess who withdraws must notify her sponsor and the Ball Committee to arrange a refund of sponsorship money as soon as possible, but no later than 10th February 2026

 

Information Night
Monday 24th November – 7pm
Ulladulla Civic Centre – lower level.

Attendance is compulsory for Ball Participant, partner and at least one parent/guardian.
Completed Info Pack documents for Ball Participants & Partners to be handed in on Information Night, with photos.

INFORMATION FOR SPONSORS
The Blessing Of The Fleet Ball will be held on Saturday 21st March 2026.
The Blessing Of The Fleet Festival will be held on Sunday 5th April 2026.
SPONSORSHIP AMOUNT IS $600.00
A tax invoice will be issued by the Ulladulla Blessing of the Ball treasurer to the sponsor, providing details for Electronic Funds Transfer. Please do not give cash to your sponsored Ball Participant.

ATTENTION SPONSORS:
On receipt of your entry form an invoice will be sent to you via email. Ball participant entry is only confirmed and information pack provided after receipt of payment. Payment must be made before 14th February 2025. C.O.B.

Sponsorship payment contributes to:
● A ticket for the Ball participant and their partner to attend the ball.
● Two tickets for the sponsor to attend the ball.
● Blessing of The Fleet Ball sash endorsed with the sponsor’s name for the Ball participant.
● Printed programs with the sponsor’s name.
● Recognition of sponsors on the Blessing of The Fleet website which will be linked to their business site http://www.blessingofthefleet.com.au Please supply your web address.
● Recognition of sponsors and the Ball Participant and their partner on all social media platforms
